Transparent Pricing for Your Installation Needs
I believe in being completely transparent with my pricing to ensure you have a clear understanding of what to expect. While most independent installers quote jobs by the square foot, I price my installations based on the estimated time required to complete the job. This is because not all graphics installations are the same.
For example, is the graphic being installed on a flat, blank wall, or are there obstacles such as wall fixtures that require additional time for trimming? Are we wrapping a vehicle with complex curves, or is the project on a flat box truck with rivets? These factors impact the installation time, which is why I use an hourly rate for pricing.
I will always provide an estimate of the hours beforehand, so you know what to expect. In many cases, pre-arranged pricing is also available.
Pricing Breakdown:
- $100 per hour – Windows, walls, floors & fleet installations (wall murals, vehicle wraps, window films, floor graphics)
- $100 per hour – Signage installations (standoff-mounted acrylic signs, dimensional lettering, ADA signage, etc.)
- $75 per hour – Installation help (I am not leading the installation)
- $50 per hour – Site surveys
- $1 per mile – Travel fee (charged for distances traveled to the job site)
Managing Expectations

Limiting Factors to Consider for Your Installation
When booking Trinca Sign Installs LLC for your next graphics installation, it’s important to understand that several factors can impact the success of your project. These factors need to be considered to ensure the best outcome.
For example, the image to the left shows an installation I recently did on a fifty-year-old Volkswagen bus. Upon initial inspection, we noticed rust along the bottom that needed to be repaired before applying the graphics. Instead of taking the vehicle to a professional for sanding and painting, the company chose to repair it themselves using spray paint. As you can see, when I needed to lift the vinyl to reheat and reposition it, the spray-painted area didn’t hold up. This kind of DIY repair significantly reduces the lifespan and effectiveness of the project.
The same principles apply to wall graphics. Was the wall recently painted? If so, did we allow enough time for the paint to outgas? These are important considerations when setting project timelines and determining if the installation will be successful.
The Importance of Details in the Installation Process
When reaching out with an installation inquiry, clear and detailed communication is crucial to the success of the project. The more information you provide, the better I can prepare for a smooth installation.
Please include a summary with key details such as dimensions, artwork, scope of work, and a mock-up of the project on an image of the building, vehicle, or structure. This greatly improves the chances of a successful outcome. Additionally, providing the specs of the material to be used is extremely helpful, as different types of vinyl may require different installation methods.
Was a proper site survey conducted, or are we relying on client-provided measurements? These are important factors that impact the quality and timing of the installation.
In short, there is no such thing as too many details when exchanging information. The more precise and thorough the communication, the more likely the project will go off without a hitch.
Back Charging
Trinca Sign Installs LLC conducts its business with merit and integrity-based ethics. If I am at fault for an error that occurs on the installation, I will stay until the job can be reprinted, reproduced, or repaired, free of any additional charges. If an error occurs that is out of my control, such as an incorrectly produced graphics or a mis-measured vehicle, I will back charge for any additional time that it takes to complete the project. Additionally, if another trip charge is added to the project, I will also back charge accordingly.
Payment Information
Trinca Sign Installs accepts the following methods of payment:
- ACH payment
- Physical check
- Credit or Debit card (2% processing fee added to invoice total)
